Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) Grant

Grant of up to $126,526 (FY 2026) to build, buy, or modify a permanent home for veterans with certain severe service-connected disabilities, such as the loss or loss of use of more than one limb, blindness in both eyes, or certain severe burns. The grant can be used up to 6 times.
